Terms & Conditions
1. All applications must be from persons over the age of 16.
2. The next Raffle will be drawn on the 23 March 2012.
3. The winning numbers will be published on 25 March 2012 on the HRI (UK) website
4. The cost of each Ticket is £1 for 1 chance, however the minimum purchase is £5 for 5 chances. Players may purchase five or more tickets, and payment must be in advance.
5. All profits from the Raffle go to The Heart Research Institute (UK), registered charity number 1116918.
6. The promoter may reject any application without giving a reason at her absolute discretion. No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted, except for a change of address.
7. Prizes for the Heart Research Institute (UK) Raffle are on the HRI (UK) website. There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable. Prizes will be sent by cheque or post within 14 days.
8. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner's name for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary, e.g. ticket number from Berkshire.
9. The promoter is not responsible for any delays in bank payments.
10. No liability is accepted by the Heart Research Institute (UK) for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post.
11. The promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription or terminate or suspend the Raffle scheme.
12. The promoter's decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
13. The promoter has the right to change or update the rules at their discretion.
14. A Customer Service Hotline is available on 01603 216195, 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
15. The promoter reserves the right to change the incentives offered at any time.
