Terms & Conditions

1. All applications must be from persons over the age of 16.
2. The draw will be conducted every Monday. A random number generator will conduct the draw.
3. The winning numbers will be published on the HRI UK website www.hriuk.org and will be available from The Heart Research Institute (UK) Weekly Lottery Helpline from the Tuesday following the draw.  The Helpline is 01603 216195.
4. The cost of each entry is £2. Players may purchase more than one entry, and payment must be in advance.
5. All profits from the Weekly Lottery go to The Heart Research Institute UK, registered charity number 1116918.
6. The promoter may reject any application without giving reason at her absolute discretion. No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted, except for a change of address.
7. Prizes for The Heart Research Institute UK Weekly Lottery are shown on The Heart Research Institute UK website at www.hriuk.org. There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable. Prizes will be sent by cheque within 14 days.
8. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner's name for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary, eg Mrs Jones from Berkshire.
9. The promoter is not responsible for any delays in bank payments.
10. No liability is accepted by The Heart Research Institute UK for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post.
11. The promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription or terminate or suspend the lottery scheme.
12. The promoter's decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
13. The promoter has the right to change or update the rules at their discretion.
