Biography
Trish Paton is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years' experience advising listed and unlisted companies and investment banks on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raisings. Trish is a partner at international law firm, Ashurst. Throughout her career, Trish has acted on several complex and high-profile initial public offerings. Highlight roles include the IPOs of Primewest, Wisetech Global, Bravura Solutions, Oneview Healthcare, MYOB, OzForex and Medibank Private, to name a few. Prior to joining Ashurst, Trish spent four years as a partner at Hamilton Locke, and nine years in the corporate team at Clayton Utz. She commenced her legal career in London, spending five years working in large European law firms.
